The Ocean’s Legacy Slow Element Range is an extremely versatile range of rods. The blank utilises a unique combination of a responsive slow pitch style tip with a powerful lower end, resulting in a rod that manipulates jigs with ease. Within a few months of the range hitting the markets, it became recognised around the world as a rod that can not only impart superior jig action but also has the backbone to stop everything in its path! The range comes in both spin and overhead models, with the overhead models utilising a spiral or acid wrap guide concept to eliminate the opportunity for the line to touch the blank, retain blank action and reduce tip wrap while jigging. If you are after a rod to work both soft plastics and jigs and will help you land that fish of a lifetime look no further than the Slow Element!

Pro Staff Tip - The lightest rod in the Slow element range and is known as the "fun rod" in the store. A crisp lighter action which is ideal for reef dwelling fish such as snapper and can handle a large enough jig to get down into deeper water. Don't be afraid to use this rod for harder hitting species such as kingfish as the softer action tires out the fish and you can bring up some serious fish with this rod! Pairing this rod up with a low profile baitcaster in the 150-300 size or a small overhead in the 8-15 size would be ideal.
